Darrell Kinard Obituary

Mr. Darrell Edward Kinard, was born on September 2, 1967 in Brooklyn, New York to Dolores Kinard and to the late Jerry Kinard Sr. On January 23, 2021, Darrell Edward Kinard, went to be with the Lord. He passed at Spartanburg Regional Hospital at the age of 53. Darrell left behind his loving wife Denise Kinard and his son Kelondre Kinard.

Darrell attended Corner Stone Baptist church and he was devoted to his family and went above and beyond for his wife and child. Darrell was also a son, brother, uncle, and friend and he was loved by all. Darrell was never a man to sit down he always had to be moving or doing something for someone and that shows the kindhearted man that he was.

Darrell had many achievements in life as he graduated from Spartanburg High School in 1986. He received his CDL license soon after graduating High School, Worked at Lowes in Boiling Springs as a Delivery Manager, and he was certified by H&R Blocks, a job he loved. He was a dedicated and hard worker.

As a friend to many you would find Darrell cutting grass, running errands, or just being a listening ear. To his extended family such as nieces and nephews he was present for graduations and parties and any event that was put on as a celebration for his loved ones. Darrell was greatly admired by those who were close to him. He was a father figure and a confidant to those placed before him. And if anyone truly knew him you would know that outside of family his biggest love was Dallas cowboys. You knew him by his truck and he also loved his other child who he called BAM BAM. He loved and cherished bam bam so much that when he started his lawn care business his animal child carried the name “Bam Bam Lawncare. They were making waves in Spartanburg, SC

Darrell was a man that had many parts to him and in his passing, it truly took many by surprise but even in the end Darrell kinard had loved ones who could only say kind and loving things about him. He will truly be missed and his influence on the lives of people will live on. Now as we have gathered today to say our goodbyes. Darrell will not be alone as he will rest in the arms of the Lord and in 2 Corinthians 5:8 it says, “ we are confident, I say, in willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.”
