Joan Meadows

Joan Meadows, 65, of Shelby, NC, entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 10, 2018; surrounded by family. Born December 15, 1952 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late James and Addie Bivings Meadows and was predeceased by her brothers, J.W. Meadows and Brady Branson. Survivors include a son, Lawrence (Angela) Meadows; two grandchildren, Addie and Lawson Meadows; siblings: Ola Mae Alexander, Alice Rowland, Bernice (Frank) Brown, Grover Meadows, Sr., Johnnie O’Neal Fulwood, Linda M. Ezell, Michael (Linda) Meadows, Sr.; one aunt, Georgia Bivings, along with nieces, nephews and cousins.

Final services honoring her life journey will be held at 1PM Friday, June 15, 2018 at Foster Chapel Baptist Church, with burial to follow. 

The family is at the home of her sister, Linda M. Ezell, 1344 Old Anderson Mill Road of Moore, SC.
