Miss Kierra (NeNe) Nicole Thomas, 25, of Spartanburg SC was given her angel wings, April 2, 2019. Born November 24, 1993 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of Tiffany Yvette Thomas and Nicholas Mings. She attended Dorman High School and was a member of Golden Street Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Doris Thomas and David Boyd; and paternal grandparents, Nicky And Ann Hoey.

Kierra leaves the cherish fond and loving memories her parents; her brother Zachorrian Griffin and sister, Crystal Simpson both of Spartanburg; two uncles, Scotty Brown of Spartanburg, SC and Christopher Burnett of North Carolina; six aunts, Sandra (Alfred) Bennet, Sonya Hoey, Nicole Sullivan and Precious Martin all of Spartanburg, Terri Salrim of North Carolina and Calea Harris of Rock Hill, SC; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday April 7, 2019 at Serenity-Murray Mortuary Chapel. Reverend Lawrence Meadows, Officiating.

The family is at the home of Kierra’s great-aunt, Lottie Young, 226 New Cut Road, Spartanburg, SC.

Sacred arrangements have been entrusted to SERENITY-MURRAY MORTUARY.
