Andre Lawrence

Mr. Andre Lawrence, 57, of 1401 Phoenix Street, Greenwood, SC, folded his earthly tent on Saturday, October 20, 2018. He was born May 17, 1961 in Newark, NJ to the late Leonard Lee Holman and Zonia Mae Lawrence. He was a graduate of Malcom X Shabazz High School and worked at the City Hall in Newark, NJ.

Mr. Lawrence was the widower of the late Cathy Brown. He leaves to cherish memories two sons, Andre Brown and Kelvin Brown both of Newark, NJ; three daughters, Andrea Brown-Nobles of Greenwood, SC, Tamera Brown and Yasmine Brown both of Newark, NJ; one stepdaughter, Chanel Brown of Newark, NJ; one brother, Roscoe Holman of Newark, NJ; five sisters, Christine Holman (Earl) of Greenwood, SC, Donna Holman, Maryland Holman, Carolina Holman and Lorrie Ann Lawrence, all of Newark, NJ; sixteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and love ones.

Final services will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00am at Serenity-Murray Mortuary.

It is requested that the family assemble at the funeral home at 10:30am.
