Carrie Lee Martin

Carrie Lee Martin, 76, of Inman, SC entered into eternal rest December 3, 2019.  She was the daughter of the late Lawrence Martin Sr and Annie Mae Smith Martin.  Born June 6, 1943 in Fairfield County, SC Carrie was very giving woman and loved her grandchildren.  She was a member of Monks Grove Baptist Church and served faithfully as a Missionary and as the former President of Monks Grove YWA.  She was the former President of Purple Knights Social Club and a member of the Sympathy Club. 

Carrie leaves to cherish fond and loving memories: Five sons, Keith Martin of Charlotte, NC, Cleave (Tina) Hawkins, Barry (Linda) Martin and Jamie Martin all of Spartanburg, SC, and Eric (Michelle) Martin of Greenville, SC; two daughters, Raylene (William) Rodgers of Inman, SC and Stephanie Martin of Spartanburg, SC; three brothers, Bill Martin of Atlanta, GA, Johnny Mac Smith of Fairfield County, SC and Theodore Martin of Spartanburg, SC; three sisters, Mae Florence Boyce of Virginia City, VA, Virginia Martin of Washington, DC and Maragarite Pauling of Inman, SC; twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a God-son, Marvin (Sonia) Clements of Spartanburg, SC; a special friend Yvonne Smith of Inman, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
