Otto Todd II Obituary

Mr. Otto Todd II, 77, of Moore, SC entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was the son of the late Jack Todd and Katherine Cunningham Todd.  Born April 7, 1943 in Spartanburg, SC, Otto was a man who loved his family.  He loved being a father to his son, Brandon Lee Todd of Simpsonville, SC.  He always supported and wanted the best for his son.  Otto was a Christian.  Even though he didn't attend church regularly, he was always present for Sunday gatherings at his mom's home.  There you would find Otto being a jokester, many would say "shucking and jiving", having fun and spending time with family.  Otto was a military veteran and for many years worked in a battery plant.  He was a hard worker and always had “big change” in his pocket.  Otto spent the latter part of his life caring for his late wife, Evelyn Todd, until her passing; they are now resting together in peace.

In addition to his parents and late wife, Otto was preceded in death by three siblings: James Todd, Bobby Todd and Sarah Ray Williams.

Otto leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to his son Brandon; two sisters, Dorothy Todd Long of Moore, SC and Mildred (John) Jones of Woodruff, SC; two beautiful granddaughters; a host of loving nieces and nephews; other relatives; and dear friends.

As a Military Veteran, Otto will receive military honors.

Sacred arrangements entrusted to SERENITY-MURRAY MORTUARY.
