Steven Carol Taylor

Mr. Steven Carol Taylor, 70, of Cowpens, SC entered into eternal rest Monday, March 8, 2021.  A native of Cowpens, SC, he was the son of the late Robert Edward Taylor and Margaret Ruth Mabry Taylor. He was an Army Veteran and later worked as a Credit Manager at a local furniture company. Steven loved the gamecocks and music; he played the guitar for many years and was part of a local band.

In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by two brothers, Barry Taylor and Harold Taylor; and two sisters, Andy Phillips and Barbara Riddle.

Steven is survived by his two sons, Travis Edward (Tammy Sherbert) Taylor of Cowpens, SC and Shawn (Jennifer Smalley) Taylor of Gaffney, SC; one brother, Ronnie (Bobbie) Taylor of Clover, SC; four grandchildren, Trent Taylor and Tucker (Catherine) Taylor both of Cowpens, SC, and Mayson and Landon Taylor both of Gaffney, SC; one great granddaughter, Peyton Taylor of Cowpens, SC; a special friend who was a more of brother, David Robinson of Cowpens, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Steven was a great father and friend to many, who would do anything to help those in need.  He will surely be missed.
